About Me:
People who know me, consider me a good listener, good
hugger, and always willing to learn more (I am kinda
in that game, well on the instructional side of
things, but always learning more every day). I
believe in opening doors, giving flowers (specifically
when not in trouble), long hugs, doing laundry,
ironing, giving back rubs, and the beauty of sunsets.
Friendship is a must. Without friendship, we are lost.
Trust is extremely important to me and I am extremely
loyal, almost to a fault (it has blinded me in the
past.
I am a goal-oriented person, who likes to get out and
have some fun too. It is good to get out and about,
but unfortunately have not taken had the time, or
taken advantage of too many opportunities in the last
year. I did get to play tour guide for some friends
this summer, but not as much as I wanted.
There are so many places to be explored and so little
time. I moved up here a few years ago, three to be
exact, from Seattle after spending parts of four
summers up here. I loved Seattle, but needed a change
and Alaska seemed to be the answer. So far I have
been to Juneau, Ketchikan, Seward, Homer, Denali,
Fairbanks, North Pole, and all points along the ALCAN
Highway, but would love to see so much more. I have
also been lucky enough to have done some traveling
overseas, and would love to do more. I think Europe
is next on my list.
